Lien holder release on vehicle title

The number I call wants to give me a gift card for $1.00 with my credit card and I dont need that I need the release for my 1995 Lincoln You are the lein holder and this has been paid off. Please help

Found car title

I finally found my title. Arcadia Financial sold some of their accounts to CITIAUTO. It took me 6 months to research this mess. Citiauto does not have a phone number. I had to contact via email. Here's their info. I hope some of you can be helped. cfaautoitems@***.com I sent them all the information I had. It took a while but finally received my answers. Turns out my car didn't even need a Lien Release anyway.
